One on One Fitness Training

Learn how to use proper form while exercising in-person with Hailee. This is the best option for beginners to ensure that they're getting the most out of their exercise experience and preventing injury.

 

Hailee Fit specializes in Women Fitness Training. Depending on each individual's goals and abilities the following forms of exercises may be implemented: Strength & Resistance Training, Metabolic Conditioning, HIIT (high intensity interval training), Powerlifting, & CrossFit (advanced only) 

Everyone is welcome to participate in one on one fitness training. Whether you're brand new to exercise or you just need fresh workout ideas , accountability, and motivation. You're guaranteed to never get bored of your workout routine as you'll never repeat the same workout.  

Online Fitness Training with 
Nutrition Coaching 

Receive customized exercise prescription and nutritional coaching tailored to your individual goals from anywhere in the world. Hailee Fit will hold keep you on track with check-ins (accountability), motivating workout routines, and nutrition plan that's customized to your individual preferences and goal.   

 

Includes a full strength training regimen, cardio/step recommendations, calculated macro goals, meal planning assistance, grocery list, google sheets exercise log, coaching calls and check-ins with Hailee to hold you accountable and keep you motivated.

Hybrid Fitness Training (in-person and online) with Nutrition Coaching

This is the most comprehensive program available! Hailee fit incorporates both in-person training and online training in order to deliver the most complete exercise regimen possible. The truth is we all know we must exercise multiple days a week but it's not always obtainable to complete every single workout and cardio session with a fitness trainer. Which is why Hailee came up with her Hybrid Training Program. Allows you to have direction and hands on learning experience from one-on-one sessions with Hailee herself while increasingly allowing you to become more independent in the gym over time. Gain knowledge and confidence!

 

Includes one-on-one fitness training sessions, online strength training regimen, cardio or step recommendations, calculated macro goals, meal planning assistance, grocery list, google sheets exercise log, coaching calls and check-ins with Hailee to hold you accountable and keep you motivated!

Online Nutrition Coaching

Online nutrition coaching with Hailee is so much more than just receiving a meal plan. You will learn freedom of choice while also incorporating the foods your body needs in order to obtain your health goals. Hailee fit uses a blend of IIFYM and her very own meal planing techniques to ensure you're on the right track and creating a healthy relationship with foods.

 

Includes calculated macro plan based on each individual's goals, meal planning assistance, grocery list, cardio or step recommendations, google sheets exercise log, coaching calls with Hailee to hold you accountable and keep you motivated. 

Online Fitness Coaching

Don't live in Kansas City? No Problem! You can train online from anywhere in the world.

I'm passionate about helping others find such balance in their daily lives by implementing exercise, balanced nutrition, and mindfulness as a sustainable lifestyle they can enjoy. Fitness is more than just working on improving our aesthetics, though this is a great added bonus. It’s about creating full body wellness. It teaches us to love and respect ourselves on a whole new level; that I think everyone should experience.Through exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness we can focus on the preventative side of health care, allowing us to live happier, healthier, and more active lives.
